Tony visits the city of Istanbul, and, like the rest of the country of Turkey, it is under construction. For over the last decade during President Recep Erdogan's administration, there have been major shifts in Turkey. A construction boom and political reform are efforts to build a 'new Turkey', advanced by Erdogan and his party, the AKP Justice and Development Party. With these changes, a social divide has emerged.
