Te Pātaka Kōrero

Pateriki Te Rei, kaumātua of Ngāti Toa, Raukawa and Te Arawa talks about his life, from his birth in the far North to his recruitment into the New Zealand airforce. He recalls his return home from war and teaching himself Te reo Māori amidst the noise of the saw mills in and around the Rotorua region. (R)
