Homicide: Life on the Street

Part two of three stories. After several stakeouts, Pembleton arrests the primary suspect in the shootings of Felton, Howard and Bolander. The arrest is bittersweet after the suspect is convicted of another crime but not for the shootings. Felton struggles with his own paralysis and his guilt over Howard's more critical condition.
