Lewis and Kellerman investigate the murder of transient biker, Charlie Wells at the rundown New Moon Motel. Wells has no ID, except a tattoo on his chest reading "If found return to Ida Flood". The Detectives interview the other tenants, all people from the wrong side of the tracks. Lewis and Kellerman have no luck determining who killed Wells.
