Juggling a demanding career as a rising young lawyer as well as preparations for her wedding to the man of her dreams, everybody's favourite blonde, Elle Woods faces another hurdle after she is fired from her job as a result of Bruiser, her Chihuahua. Keeping optimistic, Ms. Woods goes to Washington to take matters into her own well-manicured hands and joins the staff of a congresswoman.
