Blanche, in a patriotic zeal, sent more men off to the Persian Gulf smiling than Pepsodent. One of the men, Bill, took a promise she made to heart and has returned to claim his prize: Blanche, as his one and only girl. She doesn't remember him but fakes it for his benefit.
