In Abu Dhabi and Dubai, Bill had three quests - to go to the top of the tallest building in the world, to track rare desert wildlife especially the oryx, and to step back in time before the gleaming, ultra-modern skyscrapers when the locals lived a nomadic Bedouin lifestyle.
