Laura's son, Matthew, and his friends are on their annual tennis holiday at a beautiful tennis camp in southern Spain, owned by former champion Ray Parfitt. Laura and Rosemary are creating a trophy garden for Ray's Pro-Am tennis tournament. When one of the players is found dead after a night out, everyone assumes it was a drunken accident, but the girls suspect foul play. In the neighbouring village of Mijas, Rosemary rediscovers the thrill of riding motor scooters, while Laura finds the local bullring.
