Paul meets GOSH nurse Ruth, who finds herself in the unusual position of having her own baby, 14-week-old Ezra, admitted here. Paul is smitten by Ezra, who has tracheoesophageal fistula - a rare congenital condition that means he has trouble swallowing food. Paul is on hand to support her as her baby boy has surgery to separate his food and wind pipes.
