Paul O'Grady's Little Heroes

Paul meets 13-year-old Mackenzie, who was born with microtia, a condition that meant his left ear was underdeveloped. Determined to stop strangers staring, Mackenzie comes to GOSH to see plastic surgeon Dr Neil Bulstrode, who's going to reconstruct a new ear from Mackenzie's rib cartilage.
