Great Blue Wild

The ocean sprawls across 70 percent of our planet and is home to as many as one million known species of plants and animals. However, it is the smallest of ocean creatures that underpins the world's largest food web - plankton. These microscopic organisms drift through the ocean's diverse habitats, triggering feeding cycles in their wake. Without them, life in the ocean would cease to exist.
