Carl has lived in his family's home his entire life. With the majority of his family having passed away, he has spent many lonely years cluttering his house. Carl has been in trouble with the city's code enforcement for years incurring daily fines totalling around a million dollars. If he doesn't clean up his house, he faces more jail time and possibly losing his property.
