Homicide: Life on the Street

While interrogating the suspect of another crime, Lewis and Kellerman hear about a ten year old murder and Howard and Munch are sent out to investigate. They discover the skeleton of Eugene Elwin, buried alive. Their prime suspect, Joseph Cardero, a dope dealing junkie who spews bad poetry, is obsessed with Edgar Allen Poe.
