Auction Squad

The team bring colour and light to a Californian bungalow. Inside, the squad removes the old 1970s wallpaper and carpet, creates a third bedroom and a new window. In the front garden the overgrown plants are replaced with a soft pink and lilac cottage garden. The former combined dining/living room is redefined and the master bedroom now opens onto an intimate balcony. A tired old bungalow is turned into a welcoming, beautiful, family-friendly home. Will the buyers be impressed?
