As each Detective arrives at home, they each get a call from Giardello- another sniper has invaded Baltimore. At the most recent crime scene, there's no Hangman game, but a primary Pembleton is sure this shooting is connected to Mariner. Witness Alex Robey tells the Detectives he saw the shooting.
