After the devastating loss of her husband, Carmen has coped with her grief through online shopping. Her house is now filled with thousands of unopened boxes and holiday season collectibles. A few years of clutter and neglect have caused plumbing problems, among other household issues, and now the home is in an unsanitary living condition.
