This two part arc on the inherent trappings of America's legal system scrutinises the blind eye of justice in the country. In part one, a retired policeman is found murdered and his son, Jake, also a Baltimore cop, runs his own rogue investigation to catch the killer. Soon a suspect is caught and an air tight case in mounted.
