Batman

When Bruce Wayne witnesses the murder of both parents in a backstreet alley, he pledges his life to fighting crime. As he matures, Wayne disguises himself as a creature of the night and targets the criminals of Gotham City. In doing so, he comes face-to-face with his arch enemy, The Joker and falls in love with journalist Vicki Vale. Vale is mesmerised by the mysterious millionaire recluse, and Batman in turn is obsessed with The Joker's sinister plans for Gotham City.
