Two detectives battle a Hong Kong gangster and his henchmen after a bombing at the U.S. Embassy. Chief Inspector Lee and Detective James Carter go to Hong Kong on a much needed vacation but find themselves assigned the case and set off in pursuit of the people responsible before they strike again.
