Paul first meets 13-year-old Noah, who has checked into the neurology ward ahead of an operation to correct his Chiari malformation, a structural defect of the skull. But before any surgery, Paul needs to help Noah overcome his anxieties about heading into theatre. So he joins Noah on a fun tour of surgical theatres to help demystify them, but will Noah feel reassured enough ahead of his brain operation?
