Three-month-old rescue puppy Tyson is being fostered by a family for just one week. But when foster Mum, Melissa takes the puppy to Chris for a routine check-up she is confronted with terrible news. Tyson needs major heart surgery, or he will die. Despite the expense, the family decide to adopt Tyson because they know no one else will give him a home in his condition. Will Tyson survive the open-heart surgery and have a happy future with his new family?
