Paul O'Grady's Little Heroes

Paul meets energetic five-year-old Cora, who is suffering from cerebral palsy. To try to improve her coordination and muscle control, Cora is having Botox injections in her leg as part of a pioneering research trial. Paul then joins up with Cora again a month later to find out if the injections have had a positive impact on her mobility.
