Red Riding Trilogy: 1974

Set in Yorkshire against the backdrop of the Yorkshire Ripper murders but more a tale of the time and the rampant police corruption that marred it, this is the first part of a trilogy of films adapted from a series of novels by David Pearce. The story centres on a young Yorkshire journalist trying to solve the increasingly vexing case of a serial killer on the loose.
