The Head

Rachel, faced with dire circumstances, decides to trust Maggie to help her with the birth of her daughter, and the baby is born. As if by a miracle, a torrential rain falls in the middle of the desert and Maggie runs to collect water in makeshift containers. When she returns to offer it to Rachel, she finds her murdered and the baby gone.
