Neuf-Brisach to Paris
This journey begins at the fortified town of Neuf-Brisach, designed by the greatest military engineer of his age, simply known as Vauban. On the banks of the Rhine lies Strasbourg, one of France's most historic cities and home to the European Union Parliament. Flying west, we come to Reims and its magnificent 11th-century cathedral, which has seen the coronation of 31 French kings.
