St Andrews to Stonehaven
Michael Portillo is tracking the east coast of Scotland north from Dunbar on the Firth of Forth to the fishing port of Peterhead. Today he'll reach Leuchars, known nowadays on the railways as Leuchars for St Andrews. Heading north to Dundee Michael crosses the Firth of Tay on the spectacular Tay Railway Bridge, he finds a city buzzing with enterprise, where the new industry transforming Dundee is video games. Michael's final stop is 80 kms north, at the harbour town of Stonehaven.
