The officers of Division Q and SAPO conduct an operation in Istanbul. They aim to capture arms dealer Vladimir Gruza. The transaction is underway in Minsk. Led by Stiepanowych, a KGB officer, who's being helped by Travis, a Polish agent in the role of a KGB officer. All's well until Stiepanowych catches Travis stealing data from his safe.
