The One Armed Chef

Giles visits Ukraine, where he meets Ievgen Klopotenko, the country's most exciting and eccentric chef. He then travels by train to the frontlines in Donbas, where he shares rations with Ukrainian soldiers in the trenches and experiences the realities of life for the civilians living under the constant threat of Russian invasion.
