Another victim is found in the remains of a second warehouse fire. Frank Pembleton and Mike Kellerman trail an anonymous tip involving a man in a blue van. When they haul the guy in, the detectives differ in their approach of the interrogation. Kellerman finds a connection between victim and suspect, and continues to pursue his line of questioning.
