Konrad objects Travis' withdrawal before the Prime Minister's case file is retrieved. Nadia, Travis' fiancee is kidnapped by Misza Popowski whose condition is her exchange for weapons. Travis, along with Division Q plan to intercept her without allowing the weapons to reach the terrorist Safir. Konrad struggles to uncover Safir's identity.
