Jamie's Great Italian Escape

Jamie heads north to the mountains of Le Marche - a relatively unexplored region next door to Umbria - to stay with a family of hunters. He'll be living off the land and learning from the local Mammas how to perfect the most traditional meat sauce of all: ragu.
